Your story matters.
It can change lives.
Stories of Strength is a digital storytelling library featuring and honoring young people and their supporters sharing their experiences with mental health
in their own words.
Why?
Together, we are building one of the first multi-format collections (videos, blogs/articles, short posts) dedicated to amplifying authentic voices in mental health in order to:
Break down stigma and discrimination
Create community and belonging
Influence advocacy, education, and policy
Inspire hope for those navigating their own mental health journey
Who?
We are inviting teens and young adults, family members, providers and their support networks to share their lived experience stories. Whether it’s about your own mental health, supporting a loved one, or your perspective as a professional, your voice belongs in this library.
