  • Mood Mission: app for dealing with stress, low mood/depression and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Yoga: check our YouTube channel for some of our favorite (free!) yoga, meditation and breath exercises, or check out YogaGlo for quality teachers for a monthly subscription (cheaper than paying for a studio class)
  • AllTrails: we use this hiking app to get our nature on and ditch to stress
